UESA to host the European Young Engineers in Valletta |
Arial view of Valletta Valletta, The Fortress City is Malta's capital city: a living, working city, the administrative and commercial heart of the Islands. Started in 1566 by the Knights of St. John, Valletta was completed, with its impressive bastions, forts and cathedral, in the astonishingly short time of 15 years. It is in this city which has been named by UNESCO as a world heritage city that the University Engineering Students' Association (UESA) will hold its very first EYE conference in October, with the main theme being EYE at Valletta 2007 – Networking Europe through Engineering. The European Young Engineers (EYE) is a European network of young engineering professionals and students representing more than 150.000 members and offers the access to a Europe-wide network by linking the national engineering associations. |
