Accommodation will be provided for 3 nights, from Thursday night to Saturday night, between the 25th and the 27th of October in the four stars centrally located Baystreet Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. You will be staying in a Family Room which will accommodate up to 4 persons per room. Checkout is to be done on Sunday the 28th by noon.

If you arrive before the 25th or leave after the 28th of October, you may book extra nights in the hotel for 10 Euros a night, including breakfast. This very special rate applies only for Wednesday 24th and Sunday 28th nights. Should you require further extra nights, the price will be 15 Euros per night. Both rates apply for a Family room which can take 3 or 4 persons per room.

 

Double rooms can be booked at an extra price of 5 Euros per night per person while for single rooms one has to pay an extra cost of 8 Euros per night per person.  

Extra night bookings can only be done during online registration.
